Hello, my name is Dionne Arnold. I am so glad you decided to view my website, so I can guide you towards a healthier way towards living. I would like to share with you, my own personal experience on how to love the foods you eat and enjoy life while adapting to a new lifestyle transition. It is my responsibility to ensure you reach your goals in order to live an extraordinary healthier life.I will help you learn how to eat whole foods to begin your “Wellness Journey”, like I did, while supporting you in your goals with holistic health coaching. I will teach you how to shift your mindset to food alignments that will strengthen your mind, body and soul. I went through a period in my life where everything seemed to have turned for the worse. I was involved in several car accidents, which over time caused me to have no mobility in the entire right side of my body, multiple mood swings, and I began to gain weight. My life was spinning out of control.

I had to reset. I begin to use the process of elimination tool concerning the foods I ate. This was very painful for me because I loved to eat. However, I realized the foods that I was eating were all the things that caused the imbalance in my body. In the midst of all the chaos, marked my Wellness Journey towards my recover. I discovered that the foods that I was putting into my body had a major impact on how I felt and caused inflammation; which is that nasty bug that caused so much unrest in my body. I begin to understand food. I learned that food could be my worst enemy or it could be my healing compound. I changed my nutritional lifestyle, initiated an exercise plan, gained my mobility back in my right side of my body, decreased the mood swings and lost the weight. I discovered,My Food Is My Medicine!

One of the keys to maintaining your ideal weight is clean eating and eliminating foods that your body does not need. Clean eating allows you to eat foods that your body can use to fight inflammation. Some health professionals believe fats are bad for you, I totally disagree because our bodies need fats (good fats) and I will teach you exactly which kinds of fats are clean and good for you. I will educate you so you will be able to transition your lifestyle and become free…like me.

I am a Certified Holistic Health Nutrition Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a Certified Safety Response Trainer through the American Heart Association, a Certified Fitness Trainer through AFAA specializing in Yoga and Perinatal Exercise, and a Licensed Practical Nurse with over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry working with individuals with a variety of health challenges.
