I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, working with the whole person. I take the time to listen to your concerns and ask thoughtful questions. Through this lifestyle transformation, you will be empowered to reach your optimal level of well-being. In addition, I will collaborate with you to identify your obstacles to change and create strategies for forward movement.

I am a Certified Holistic Health Nutrition Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a Certified Safety Response Trainer through the American Heart Association, a Certified Fitness Trainer through AFAA specializing in Yoga and Perinatal Exercise, and a Licensed Practical Nurse with over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry working with individuals with a variety of health challenges.
